Sound Consulting (“us”, “we”, or “our”) operates the Spectrum Eye mobile application (the “App”).

Types of Data Collected
Personal Data
We don’t collect any personal data in Spectrum Eye.
Audio Data
Spectrum Eye processes audio on your device in order to display a live spectrum. Audio stays on your device. We do not record, store, or upload your audio content.
Usage Data
We may collect unpersonified telemetry information when you use the App (“Usage Data”).
This Usage Data may include information such as version of the App, type of audio input you use, values of basic App operation parameters (for example frequency range, resolution, FFT size, fall rate), and other diagnostic data.
Additionally, this Usage Data may include information such as version of your OS, the type of device you use, and crash diagnostics information.
Tracking & Cookies Data
We don’t use cookies or similar tracking technologies to track activity in our App.
Use of Data
Spectrum Eye uses the collected data for these purposes:
- To provide customer care and support
- To provide analysis or valuable information so that we can improve the App
- To monitor the App malfunction and crashes and act quickly
- To detect, prevent and address technical issues
Transfer Of Data
Your Personal Data about App usage may be transferred to — and maintained on — computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ than those from your jurisdiction.

Children’s Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 18 (“Children”).
We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 18. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your Children has provided us with Personal Data, please contact us. If we become aware that we have collected Personal Data from children without verification of parental consent, we take steps to remove that information from our servers.
